Free Delivery - Food, Coffee & Flowers Delivery Platform
Free Delivery is a full delivery platform built for the Kuwaiti market, combining a Laravel dashboard with four Flutter apps for customers, vendors, branches, and drivers. The platform supports restaurants, coffee shops, and flower shops, allowing customers to browse nearby stores, manage cart items and add-ons, apply promo codes, pay online through MyFatoorah or cash, manage addresses, track orders, receive push notifications, and submit reviews. Vendors and branches get operational tools for menus, items, drivers, working hours, delivery areas, subscriptions, reports, and order fulfillment.

Free Delivery is an end-to-end delivery ecosystem composed of a Laravel 10 backend/admin dashboard and four role-specific Flutter applications. The dashboard manages users, vendors, branches, drivers, categories, items, add-ons, promo codes, orders, reviews, subscriptions, advertisements, banners, static pages, partner requests, notifications, and reports. It uses Laravel Sanctum for API authentication, Spatie Permissions for role-based access control, Firebase/FCM for push notifications, MyFatoorah for KWD payments, PDF/Excel exports, activity logs, and delivery-area management based on Kuwaiti governorates and districts.
The customer app provides location selection, store browsing, search and filters, product details, cart, checkout, online/cash payment, saved addresses, order history, reorder, ratings, and payment history. The vendor app handles branches, menu items, drivers, promo codes, reviews, reports, subscriptions, and account branding. The branch app focuses on branch-level order operations, menu availability, drivers, working hours, and delivery areas. The driver app manages assigned deliveries, customer contact, order status updates, and delivery proof image upload.
